The Women Leaders in Electronics Awards will return in April 2026, bringing the industry together once again to recognise and celebrate the women helping to shape the future of electronics.
Back again for its third year, the event will shine a spotlight on both rising stars and established leaders from across the sector. Following strong attendance in 2025, with more than 200 industry professionals taking part, the awards continue to grow in influence and visibility.
Organised by Electronics Weekly, the Women Leaders in Electronics Awards aim to highlight individual excellence while also recognising the role of companies and male allies who are actively promoting inclusion across the electronics industry. Together, these efforts reflect a wider, collective commitment to encouraging diversity, advancing innovation, and inspiring more women to pursue long-term careers in electronics.
As well as celebrating achievement, the event provides an opportunity for attendees to hear directly from those driving change across the sector and to connect with peers who share a commitment to building a more inclusive industry.
