New electronics editor at E&T

Paul Dempsey has taken over the reigns from Chris Edwards at E&T. Paul will work remotely from his base in Washington, and Chris will continue to contribute to the publication on a freelance basis. No stranger to the E&T, Paul has contributed many articles to the publication, and he should slot into the role very smoothly. Paul will report to Dickon Ross.
