Rules

1. Organiser

The organiser of this competition is Napier Partnership Limited (“Napier”).

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
• The prize can only be claimed in person employees of registered exhibitors at embedded world 2026.
• Proof of age and exhibitor registration may be required.

3. How to Enter

• Entry to the Lotto is free of charge.
• No purchase or payment is necessary to participate.
• Eligible participants will receive a Lotto ticket via email.

4. Winning Numbers

• Winning numbers will be announced on 10 March 2026 at: https://www.napierb2b.com/napier-lotto-2026/.
• Only tickets matching the published winning number(s) will be eligible to claim the prize.

5. Claiming the Prize

• Winners must attend an in-person meeting with the Napier team during embedded world 2026 to claim their prize.
• The prize must be claimed in person by the registered exhibitor
• Failure to attend the in-person meeting may result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. Prize Conditions

• There is no cash alternative to the prize.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• Napier reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. General

• By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these rules.
• Napier reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• The organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
