Cision enhances its Communications, Social Media and Analytics offerings by Acquiring PR Newswire

In December 2015 – Cision, a global media intelligence company announced its agreement to acquire PR Newswire, an American based company offering products that help communicators create, optimise, distribute and measure content across traditional, digital, mobile and social platforms.

This acquisition will help to create a global leader of communications software and services. By merging PRN resources and Cision’s award-winning PR and social software, the agreement will be able to offer a seamless, integrated and ongoing commitment to bring a leading solution to both customers and partners.
