Napier is looking to recruit a graduate in computer science or other IT discipline to join our team as a marketing technology specialist. The successful candidate will be looking for a career that uses their programming and IT skills, and helps them develop a strong understanding of modern marketing.

The role encompasses the following:

• HTML/CSS coding for email marketing and website development
• PHP/WordPress development
• Development of web-based apps in Javascript
• Use of marketing automation tools and middleware to interface to CRM and other databases
• Development of dashboards and reporting tools for use internally and by clients
• General IT support and management of the IT systems in the company’s two offices
• Managing and analysing programmatic advertising campaigns
• Providing support for clients’ marketing campaigns
• Helping market the company, including management of the Napierb2b.com website

This exciting opportunity is not a normal computing graduate role, and will give you the chance to learn new marketing technology skills. We are therefore looking for a person with a good programming background, as well as the confidence and communication skills to interact with clients and support marketing campaigns.
