Nick Flaherty is leaving MicroTechnology Europe and Automotive Electronics to “concentrate on other interests”. Having worked at a wide range of different titles, Nick was instrumental in the re-launch of MTE and the launch of AE, both of which have been surprising successes in a tough market. He will be replaced by Steve Rogerson who will edit the titles from the June issues. Steve’s extensive experience in many of the leading UK electronics titles, and also has a real sense of humour that we hope he will continue to show in his writing. Although the loss of Nick is bound to be a disappointment, we think that Steve is a great choice to take the titles to the next stage.
