After four successful trial issues, Techwatch (the publishers of Bits and Chips) has announced tha they will publish Mechatronica Magazine on a monthly basis in 2008. With a total circulation of 14,000 (6,000 Belgium and 8,00 in the Netherlands), the title offers significant reach across these small but important countries.
Techwatch also organises a mechatronics show and conference, Hightech Mechatronica. This show will be held at two locations: Eindhoven, The Netherlands (6th March 2008) and in Kortrijk, Belgium (13 March 2008). In 2007, the first year the show was run, it attracted a respectable 1000 attendees across the two venues.
