The ever-useful Marketing Law site (registration required) has highlighted that some useful new guidance has been published about the use of the word “free” in marketing. The guidelines have been produced by two UK organisations: the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) and the
Broadcast Committee of Advertising Practice (BCAP).
