I understand that Evertiq plans to expand the remit of all their sites in 2011 by publishing more technical articles and news. The sites have previously focused more on the business side of our industry, rather than the technology. The move will involve a restructuring of the sites to include appropriate technical categories.
This is an interesting move. I love Evertiq for its great business coverage, but I can understand the decision to broaden the content to drive an increase in traffic. If the site continues to provide the same high quality business coverage as well as the new technical content, I’m sure the move will be a great success.
