Whether it was the choice of Grenoble as the location, the improved economic climate or some other factor, it’s clear that the DATE 2011 was a real success. Exhibition attendees were up by an impressive 40%, with a total of 890 people visiting the exhibition.
The increase in conference attendees was more modest, although the 8% increase to 1400 is a significant jump in numbers. It’s always good to see shows doing well, and clearly DATE is an event that continues attract a significant number of influential visitors.
