Many people thought the decision to move ES Live from Reading to Milton Keynes was a brave move: not only was it taking the event away from the M4/M40 technology corridor, but Milton Keynes certainly isn’t a glamourous place to visit. Well OK, Reading isn’t a well-known tourist trap either!

The concrete cows and the MK Dons stadium didn’t deter visitors or exhibitors: this year’s event attracted a total of 91 exhibitors and saw visitor numbers jump by 47% to 697. The networking dinner was also popular, with 242 people enjoying the food.

Next year, the event will return to Sadiummk on Thursday 15th May. I’d love to see the steady increase in attendance continue.
