What a great day: we’ve undergone the assessment for the PR Consultants Association CMS (Consultancy Management Standard). Conducted by an independent assessment agency, the CMS is a bit like a mix of ISO 9000, Investors in People and some special PR agency requirements. Napier scored an impressive 94.8%, and we also achieved accreditation under the optional international section of the standard.
The result is a reflection of the great systems and processes we have in place at Napier, and the outstanding people who run them. Congratulations – and thanks – to the whole Napier team!
