A website for Electronic Design Europe has been launched. Previously European readers had to make do with the site for the American title, Electronic Design. Although it uses the same layout as its US-based sister site, the site has genuine European content driven by Paul Whytock, the editor of ED Europe.

The good news is that you don’t (yet!) get routed through the annoying full page adverts associated with elecdesign – although probably generating good revenue, these don’t enhance the users’ experience of using the American site. Paul will also be running online polls, just like the US site. We’ll keep an idea on the results, and will be particularly interested when the results are different from similar surveys run in the USA.
