The media world really is having a tough time, particularly in the USA: Ziff Davis Media has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in order to restructure its operations and pay down its debt. Maybe ZD hadn’t always made the best decisions, but it is sad to see publications I have read for years failing financially. Chapter 11 does work for many companies, so I’m hoping ZD will successfully emerge from bankrupcy protection.
